a 7pm vigil mass in both churches for the

Feast of All Saints. On Friday November 1

we will have an 8:30 am mass in St. Roch

Church and a 9am Mass in St. Adalbert

Baptisms

Baptisms are held on Saturdays and Sundays in both

churches. Baptisms must be scheduled at least 2

months in advance. New parents are required to at-

tend a Baptism Parents class. Please call the rectory to

find out when the next class will be held and/ or to

schedule a baptism.

Register If you would like to register with the parish, please

call the rectory on weekdays between 9am—3:30pm.

We can register you right over the telephone. Spon-

sor letters for the Sacraments of Baptism and Confir-

mation are only issued to registered members of the

parish.

Wedding

To arrange a wedding at St. Adalbert/St. Roch Parish,

consult with a priest at least six months prior to the pro-

posed date and before social arrangements. Attendance

at Pre-Cana and Natural Family Planning classes is re-

quired.

Anointing of the Sick

Communion to the Homebound

Please notify the Parish Office when serious illness

occurs or when the sick, aged, or incapacitated are

confined to home for an extended period. Arrange-

ments can be made to bring communion to those un-

able to attend Mass. Please contact Parish Office at #

FOOD PANTRY: GIVING THANKS BY FEEDING OTHERS

We are gathering supplies to make Thanksgiving baskets. We would appreciate any do-

nation from the following list of items:

60 boxes of stuffing 60 cans of gravy Boxed cookies

60 bags/boxes of rice Canned corn Kids snacks

60 boxes of breakfast cereal, Canned Fruit Drinks (juice, fruit punch)

Our food pantry will be open for our Thanksgiving distribution on Tuesday, Nov. 19

from 5pm—7pm.

Movie Night! The Prayer Group will sponsor

Movie Night on Tuesday, Oct 22 at 6:30pm in the

Parish Hall. This month’s movie is War Room. Free

and open to all. Please come and watch this powerful

movie with us.

PASTA DINNER: The Holy Name Society will

sponsor its annual Parish Pasta Dinner on Saturday,

Oct 19 in the Parish Hall at 6pm. Tickets are $20 per

adult and $5 for children under 12 yrs old. Save the

date for a fun evening with your family and friends.

Hospitality Sunday: Join us for breakfast and fel-

lowship in the Parish Hall following the 9:30am mass

next Sunday, October 27. This month’s breakfast

provided to you courtesy of the Prayer Group.

St Ann Society: Will have a Memorial Mass on

Sunday, November 3 at 9:30am mass in St Roch

Church. They urge current members to please at-

tend.

Family Paint Night: Join the Scouts for a fun night

of painting on Saturday, November 2 at 6pm in the

Parish Hall. $35 per person, $60 per couple. Light
