Departing from Venice, arguably the most romantic city in Italy, this exceptional itinerary showcases the highlights of some of the most charming, undisturbed towns of the Adriatic. Stroll Rovinj’s medieval historic district, discover for yourself why Ravenna is often called the “mosaic city,” and soak in spectacular views of the Dalmatian Coast.

Learn the centuries-old art of handcrafting Venetian Glass from one of the many artists on the Venetian island of Murano. (Your concierge can arrange a private hands-on experience with the best of the local artisans!)

Enjoy the light sway of the canals as a gondolier steers you under the beautiful Ponte di Rialto.

Wander the cobblestone streets of Rovinj, one of the Mediterranean’s last traditional fishing ports. Explore the “mosaic city” of Ravenna, once the capital of the Byzantine Empire and now home to eight UNESCO World Heritage Sites, each of which still features spectacular Christian mosaics (hence the town’s nickname).

Tour Bari’s Basilica di San Nicola, dating back to the 11th century, and the seaside Castello Svevo, dating back to the 12th century.
