WHEN YOU ARRIVE, YOU MUST CHECK INA student employee must be physically present in the Factory for any work to occur.

Rules for Compressed Air

CANNOT BE USED TO CLEAN SKIN OR CLOTHINGDo not to clean off large amounts of chips off of equipment.

Guards and Shields Must be in Place

BE SURE TO CHECK BEFORE OPERATING THE EQUIPMENTIf you haven't been trained on machinery, please ask a student employee for help.

Do Not Use Damaged Equipment

OR EQUIPMENT THAT DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE OPERATING CORRECTLYReport any issues to the manager or a student employee.

Immediately Report all Injuries

IMMEDIATELY REPORT ALL INJURIES TO MANAGER OR STUDENT EMPLOYEE.Do not wait to report any injury.

Plan out 15 minutes in advance to clean.

Remove all tools from machinery, and return them to their designated area.

Sweep and clean the machinery and floors.

Report any broken tools or missing items to the manager or student

After Hours ReservationsAfter hour reservations are available to clubs, classes, and research projects. A lab worker will be assigned to assist you, but you must complete all necessary trainings prior to the reservation. Reservations can be made through the reservation portal on our websites.
