Turning off Burner

• Turn off at gas source• Valve should be at 90 degrees left or right of

where rubber tubing is attached • Never turn off at burner itself

Lighting the burner

• Make sure needle valve is turned in past the rubber “O” ring.

• Bring match flame below top of the barrel, gas may blow out the lit match

• Gas valve should be parallel to rubber hose attachment

• Goggles ON!!!!!!!

Shower and Eye Wash

Shower is used in case of a chemical spill that is large. Dilute the concentration

Eye wash is used to rinse out eyes if some irritant somehow gets in them.
