Laminating Type : Single/ Sandwich Width : Min. 0.9 m; Max.: 1.9 m. Lamination Resin : LDPE/ PP. Laminating thickness : Min. 10 Gsm; Max. 80 Gsm.
From sandwich Unwinder : Paper, Al. Foil, PE/ Met PET/ PET/ PP Films… Additional Features : Special arrangement for insertion of scrim (Criss Cross threads) which give dimensional stability to the finished product along with enhancement in tear/ tensile strength. Plant has pre corona treatment facility for better bonding strength of extrusion LDPE/ PP with substrate being coated. Plant has post corona treater for corona treatment after polycoating for ease of printing. Plant also has pre-lamination one color inline Flexo printing attachment
