In this class, you will engage with the flow of energy between plant and body and learn some simple, praccal techniques for awakening your own innate wisdom for how, when, and what to eat for improved energy, balanced weight, and radiant health. Fee: $40 Spring Greens & Liquid Gold: Wednesday, June 29, 6–7:30 pm Delicious and nourishing smoothies, juices, and green tonics Are you feeling sluggish aſter a long winter? Struggling with hunger or food cravings? Looking for a gentle and seasonal way to tune up before summer’s heat? In this class, you will learn how to make tasty, tonifying elixirs in your blender using local spring produce and a few specialty ingredients. Come taste fresh foods and drinks that will aune your body, mind, and spirit to the lightness and vibrant energy of the season. Fee: $45 Classes will be held at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church (324 East Main Road, Portsmouth). Register at www.smcportsmouth.org.
