Hospital Visitations-Due to the new privacy laws most hospitals are not notifying Father Paul of parishioners who are in the hospital. If you or a loved one is in the hospital and wishes Father Paul to visit, please leave a message at the rectory with the name, hospital, and room number (if you have it).

Home Visitation and Communion-If you know of anyone who would appreciate Communion brought to their home please call Fr. Paul Wienhoff at 337-4548.

Newman Center Annual Fall Gala

The Newman Center Auxiliary is hosting its Annual Fall Gala on Saturday, November 10, 2012. Hors d�’ oeuvres will be served at 6 p.m., followed by a prime rib dinner at 7 p.m. Music by �“Dave Caputo Duo�” and a silent auction. Tickets are $35 each. Newman Catholic Student Center Quilt Raffle

Women�’s Club members will be in the back of Church before and after Mass selling chances for this Quilt Raffle. Tickets are $1 a piece or 6 for $5. The drawing will be November 10, 2012. You do not have to be present to win, just have a ticket. The Newman Center is a great resource for Catholic students at SIUC.

In recognition of the Diocese 125th anniversary, a special worship, praise, and devotion through song will be held on Sunday, November 18, 2012 from 2-4 p.m. at the Cathedral of St. Peter in Belleville. Admission is Free!

Looking for Musicians and choir groups

The Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows is looking for musicians and choir groups who wish to perform at one of the three

available times each night, 6-7, 7-8, or 8-9 p.m., from November 16 through December 31, 2012. No perform-ances on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Performances will take place in the Lobby between the Gift Shop and Restaurant.
