Any amount you share with us on the Fifth Sunday Collection is more help than you will ever know. Last year, with just parishioner support, we were able to offer tuition assistance to ten families. Sacred Heart School has provided a faith-based academically rich education to the Salinas Valley for more than 110 years. Above all, a Catholic faith identity is at the heart of our school; this is what sets us apart from other schools in Salinas. The connection between the parish and school is very strong and we are so grateful for this relationship. SAINT VINCENT DE PAUL FOOD PANTRY Fellow parishioners: We are in need of your help to feed our many families. There has been an increase of those in need of our help at this time of year. SACRED HEART CHURCH FOOD PANTRY Our food pantry is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons from 1:15 – 2:15 p.m. We are fortunate to be able to help many families and individuals with food bags filled with basic food supplies. However, we are currently in need of help to stock our shelves. If you can help us with donations of tuna, peanut butter, soup, canned vegetables or fruit, rice or beans, or pasta, it would be greatly appreciated. Please bring donations to the Parish Office during working hours. Thank you in advance for your support of our food pantry.
