CONSTRUCTION

COST AUDITS

SK&A offers comprehensive services in Construction Cost Audits; by giving Clients all costs related to

material procurements, labour and manpower engagement, tools and equipment's, overheads and margin on

projects. We provide detailed cost analysis of the project, establishing the associated costs, overheads and

a detailed report on the project overall expenses, for completed and on-going projects. Our goal is to

provide high quality construction cost control and contract compliance audit services for our Clients. Our

services allow Clients to plan their cost strategy, control overheads and receive the maximum value for the

money spent.

QUANTITY

SURVEYING

SK&A offers services in Quantity Surveying; by giving Clients all costs related to engineering construction

projects; from the initial calculations to the final figures. We seek to minimise the costs of a Project and

enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards. For a particular project, we work

either for Project Owners or Contractor’s, working on-site or off-site. Our involvement in a Project is from

preparing feasibility reports, preliminary estimates and costs of the Project; till the final closure of the

Project. We keep track of all the costs related to variations to the Project and generate reports.

cycle of the Project from inception to completion,

CONTRACT

MANAGEMENT

SK&A offers services in Contract Management which includes preparation of all Contractual and Tender

documents, Bill of Quantities, negotiating the costs related to Project and ensuring compliances with all the

contract terms and conditions, as well as documenting any changes or amendments that may arise during

its implementation or execution. SK&A follows the process of systematically and efficiently managing the

contract, beginning from it’s preparation throughout the execution period and analysis for the purpose of

maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing the legal and contractual risks.
