PROJECT: Implementation of Six Sigma in Reaselack Polymers Pvt. Limited Design Details: We have to increase the sigma level of Reaselack Polymers Pvt. Limited by analysing and improving various problem causing parameters. Whether it be in manufacturing, process, main procedure or many procedures. After providing and applying remedies to most process proved worthy, as because the sigma level rose to a level of 3.1 then it was earlier stage 2.7 when we took up the project. B.E. Mini PROJECT: Automated Plastic Cutting and Selling Machine (mini project 6 th semester) Design details: Our project paves way to an enhanced state of achievement in that we make a machine which automatically cut and seal the plastic which is normally used for packing of small food product like chips, popcorn, etc. and successfully runs it.
