The Slieve Donard Hotel (The Hastings Group)

Project DetailsWe were commissioned with the entire redesign, supply and renovation of 4 luxury bathrooms in the ‘Executive’ suites, which are the best and most expensive rooms in the hotel. All products were sourced and supplied by ourselves including bespoke marble floating shelves and installation work included all plumbing, joinery, electrical, tiling etc. The Hastings Group and architect had stressed that due to the affluent nature and reputation of the hotel that all work carried out must be completed as quickly as possible with minimum interruption and disturbance. We took this on board and due to our professional and efficient approach we were able to complete all 4 rooms in 12 days. The hotel staff were astonished by our fast turnaround without causing any disruption or hindrance to every day hotel activities and upper management of the Hastings team were delighted with the final outcome.

The Coach Nightclub – Rooftop Bar

Project DetailsThe Coach Nightclub is one of the UK's most famous and popular nightclubs. Sabbini & Co. and Banbridge Bathroom Centre have for many years been the preferred company of the owners for all bathrooms, tiles, stone and bespoke furniture design, supply and installation. An ambitious new renovation included developing an open air rooftop garden which would become known as 'The Forbidden Garden'. Once again, Sabbini & Co. were called upon to provide our world class service. As the garden would be exposed to the elements, we decided upon a brick-effect tile to be used due to its hard-wearing nature yet classy appearance. We also included timber panelling to break up the space and work as a beautiful feature wall. All exterior walls were prepared using a special primer and waterproof kit. The club was due to re-open in less than two weeks so our in-house team of tradesmen worked day and night in order to get it finished in time. The finished project turned out great and is currently shortlisted for an award.

The Europa Hotel, Belfast

Project DetailsThe World Famous Europa Hotel in Belfast is located in the heart of Belfast City Centre. With a choice of 272 hotel rooms in Belfast City Centre, including 92 Executive Bedrooms and Suites. The elegant décor, contemporary bistro, bustling bar and relaxing piano bar lounge make the four star Europa Hotel the hotel of choice for business and leisure guests visiting Belfast. Throughout 2016, Sabbini & Co. have been tasked with several updates and renovations to several areas of the luxury hotel. This includes the supply and fitting of mosaics to interior lobby columns, removal of damaged flooring in lobby area and supply and fit of new marble tiles, re-tiling of bar and lounge area including walls and floor in kitchen as well as several other smaller jobs. Before the year we had not been involved with any of the work in the establishment however after seeing our efficient response and turnover time, extensive selection of products and quality of workmanship, management has ensured us that we are now the first and only choice for all work of this nature at the hotel. Project Details

After being impressed with our work in the Slieve Donard Hotel, the Hastings Group did not hesitate in selecting us as the sole suppliers of all tiles, marble and bathroom ware for an ambitious renovation and upgrade in this luxury hotel and health club. Work consists of the renovation of 30 existing rooms which is ongoing and work is soon to start on an extension with 93 new luxury rooms in the near future.

tiles for this quaint restaurant and farm shop just outside Leeds.• RB Wallace, Dublin – Design supply and fit of all tiles, stone,

cladding and sanitary ware in an expansive new build office for one of Ireland’s fastest growing construction companies.

• Iveagh Leisure, Treasure Island Casino – Supply and fit of all floor tiles and wooden flooring throughout casino floor as well as design, supply and fit bespoke mosaic features on walls and reception desk.

• Eagle Overseas Transport– Design, supply and renovation of toilets and shower rooms in several warehouses and depots throughout Ireland.
