SAB Satellite was founded in the Netherlands and started operating in 2002 under SAB Trading BV. SAB sells satellite receivers, satellite dishes , installation materials and accessories, LNBs, coaxial cables, multi switches, DiSEqC switches, motors and related products. In 2004 SAB started production activities in cooperation with SAB ELEKTRONIK A.Ş. in Turkey. With its

innovative philosophy the company has made multiple investments and increased its capacity. Since 2008 SAB ELEKTRONIK A.Ş. runs its activities from its own modern factory. To meet customer requests the factory has availability of R & D, moulding facility, fully automated galvanize and zinc phosphate with electrostatic powder coating units onsite. By innovating its technology and by increasing its facilities and access to foreign markets SAB has grown its competitiveness worldwide. SAB Satellite is now producing under its own brand “SAB” or OEM

As a result of its business development activities SAB group 2013 has decided in 2013 to start production of automotive spare parts.

SAB ELEKTRONIK A.Ş was founded in 2004 and manufactures offset satellite dishes in

various sizes, satellite dish mounting materials and satellite dish accessories.

The factory is based in in Konya, TURKEY. The factory has a 12.000 m² area with a

7.000 m² production area.

Within there is availability of R&D, molding and dish shaping facilities, welding

automation line and fully automated galvanize and zinc phosphate with electrostatic

powder coating units

SAB GROUP gives high importance to R&D

activities. Therefore a R&D department has been

formed internally. This group is composed of

more than 10 staff members.

The R&D department carries out design and improvement work for the automotive

spare parts, the satellite dishes accessories in production and the hydraulic presses.

Completed designs of moulds and machinery are being manufactured by the onsite

machines. Examples of these are;

Due to its production SAB ELEKTRONIK A.Ş has great knowledge and experience

regarding dish plate forming. In this line we have different hydraulic, eccentric presses

with different power ranges as well as robots which are used in manufacturing

automation.

SAB ELEKTRONIK A.Ş has a surface coating - electrostatic powder

coating facility where the products are coated with zinc phosphate trication

with a 2m/min speed.

In continuation of the surface electrostatic powder paint coating there are

2 painting units for different colors of paint and a baking unit.

The welding processes are carried out by staff members with welding

expertise in gas and argon welding in our automated welding line.

SAB Satellite was founded in The Netherlands in 2001 and has since grown to a

very successful European company.

All satellite receivers are under our own protected “SAB” brand with a 2 year

warranty. We are well known for our excellent technical support. We provide

support in Dutch, English, Turkish, German and Russian.
