It is updated continuously and allows management to monitor production progress to assure that all orders are met. The form at the bottom left is for data entry. A barcode can be scanned or a barcode can be manually input.6Shipping Form

Lot codeLot Tracking is done both ways.

10Inventory LayoutThis is the inventory dashboard for ingredients. This is the ingredients that show each lot code in stock and the amount for that lot code for each ingredient.

The format for Finished Product will be similar, although the information will be slightly different.

This form is also used for cycle counts. Note the Todays Count field. When doing a cycle count, todays count is entered and submitted and the inventory adjustment is made.

11Recipe

The weight of each ingredient is removed from inventory by the container amount, i.e. case, bag, gallon, etc.The recipe is the primary tool for depleting inventory by lot code.Note the Required amount for each ingredient is shown for all ingredients. The actual mixed amount is present for the first three. The Add button the right is used to enter the weight and lot code or lot codes of the ingredient for that mix. 12Adding Lot Codes & Quantity

When the Add button is selected, it opens this screen. Note the required weight of the flour is shown. On the left are the lot codes of the flour in stock. The bottom code is the oldest so it should be the one being used. If another code is present that is not on the list, it can be manually added with the keyboard.

13Adding Lot Codes & Quantity

When the Add button is selected, it opens this screen. For ingredients that are entered on the ScaleDAQ, the Weight will be blank and it will be filled by the weight on the scale. It is sent from the scale to the computer by pushing the Print button on the scale face.

This is a detailed view of the recipe that shows the lot codes of the ingredients added.
