TRAINING AGREEMENT

Dear Potential Student,

The society in which we live demands certain considerations that must be observed in order for Intuitive Specialists to legally teach students. This agreement enumerates those considerations. Please read the agreement and initial on the red line at the end of each item. Your initials indicate that you have read and understood the paragraph.

Please don’t hesitate to call me at the number listed above if you have any questions about anything in this agreement. I am happy to explain and/or discuss its contents with you.

If, for any reason, you feel unable to initial a paragraph, do not initial that paragraph. Simply give me a call, or jot me an email, and hopefully, I can clear up any misunderstanding.

Intuitive Specialists retains the right to refuse training to anyone. While most of the items below are completely negotiable in order to respect the student’s personal belief system or life situation, some of the paragraphs are non-negotiable. Initialing these paragraphs is a prerequisite to training with Intuitive Specialists.

This training agreement establishes guidelines ahead of time of what our CRV training does and does not entail. The information contained below will help you have a better understanding of what to expect from the course, and any cautions you may need to consider prior to studying with us. Thank you for taking the time to read this agreement and for initialing the paragraphs herein. We look forward to working with you.

1. The term “Remote Viewing” has come to mean many things in recent years, including many forms of clairvoyance and/or other forms of psychic functioning. As the work done in the U.S. military unit became declassified in the mid-1990’s, a lot of teachers have appeared, teaching many different forms of “Remote Viewing”, including ERV, TRV and ARV. Intuitive Specialists teaches Controlled Remote Viewing, or CRV. CRV is a set of protocols within a written structure designed to help a person obtain information from the subconscious mind. CRV does not involve “going into a trance.” Your eyes will remain open.

CRV allows the acquisition of this information without the use of: a) The normal five senses b) Help from other people c) Other means of outside information

d) Logical deductions

e) Any equipment, such as photographs, electronics, or other devices. (Within the protocols of Controlled Remote Viewing, the person doing the viewing is considered to be the only “equipment” necessary.)

f) Within any intuitive process, there are three essential elements: a. The Tasker, or the person who needs information (for example, the policeman who needs to know

the color of the car the criminal is driving) b. The Source of the information c. The Conduit that connects the Source to the Tasker in as unpolluted a manner as possible.

i. There is no way to place any controls on the person who needs information. ii. Nor can we control the Source of the information. iii. Therefore, in CRV, the responsibility for control rests on the Viewer, who acts as the

Conduit. The activities and work habits of the Viewer are paramount to the success of any CRV session. CRV training will not make you psychic. You already are. Whatever talent you possess already exists. Learning CRV will teach you a set of self-controls that will allow you to access the information available to you through your subconscious mind. These controls, or protocols, will allow you to bring out your natural talents in this area. To-date, data collected on CRV trainees indicates that any properly trained person can use these procedures and controls successfully.

2. CRV can be practiced within any belief system, and you are free to believe whatever you like regarding the Source of the information that comes to you as a Viewer. Due to time constraints, we do not use class time to debate or discuss where the information gained through CRV comes from.


3. We teach that the first rule of CRV is “The Viewer is in Charge of the Session.” From the very first day of training, you are taught that the above-mentioned controls are understood to be a set of self-controls, based on self-awareness and awareness of the ongoing processes in which CRV takes place. In fact, students in the Monitor, Analyst, and Management courses are taught to assist the Viewer, not to control, direct or guide him/her. Initializing this paragraph indicates that you understand the Intuitive Specialists teaches a set of self-controls.


4. *** This paragraph is mandatory. The data available to-date indicates that learning and practicing CRV is tremendously enriching to the student, aiding personal inner growth. However, personal growth can be equal to personal change. Inward changes can create outward changes. Many students throughout the years have reported an increase in self-confidence, self-control, and an increased understanding of their own needs and desires. Initializing this paragraph means that you understand and agree that Intuitive Specialists is not liable for any personal changes or life changes that may or may not occur as a result of this training.


5. *** This paragraph is mandatory. Intuitive Specialists has no control of its graduate students. While we do our best to screen potential students in an effort to avoid teaching CRV to people who would like to use it in a negative way, we cannot control the choices people make in how they will apply their knowledge of CRV once they have graduated from the course. We do not endorse using CRV to spy on American citizens or to commit corporate espionage. By initializing this paragraph, you agree that you will NOT use remote viewing to commit illegal activities, and you acknowledge that Intuitive Specialists is not liable for the decisions and choices made by you or any other student of this course as to the way the knowledge gained in the course will be used in the future.

6. *** This paragraph is mandatory. CRV will allow you to access information from your sub-conscious mind. If you have been diagnosed with manic depression, schizophrenia, or any other psychiatric disorder, this course may be contra-indicated for your condition. Please consult with your psychologist or psychiatrist before enrolling. While we are not aware of any damage resulting from learning CRV, the possibility exists that getting in touch with your subconscious mind may uncover an undiagnosed condition requiring professional and/or medical treatment. Initializing this paragraph indicates your agreement that Intuitive Specialists is not liable for pre-existing conditions or personal problems that are discovered after studying Controlled Remote Viewing.


7. While it is not the policy of Intuitive Specialists to determine for you where the information gained through CRV comes from, nor even to discuss the possible range of explanations offered by others, there are certain belief systems that have proven to be detrimental to society as well as to the individual. If you adhere to organized and/or personal beliefs and/or practices oriented toward the manipulation, control, hurt, and/or destruction of other persons, social or religious groups, or governmental or religious structures, please do not apply as a student of Intuitive Specialists. Intuitive Specialists does not want to be involved with the practitioners of negative or evil belief systems, or even to have its name connected with them in any way. It is the nature of the training process that the instructor will become aware of any such belief systems or tendencies. Initializing this paragraph constitutes your sworn statement to Intuitive Specialists that

You are not a practitioner nor a participant of such belief systems You do not personally hold such beliefs You do not intend to use CRV for the purposes of manipulation, control, hurt and/or destruction of others or any part

of society.

Initializing this paragraph acknowledges and grants Intuitive Specialists the legal right to discontinue your training, should our instructors or staff become aware of such tendencies on your part, or any beliefs, practices, mental and/or physical conditions for which Intuitive Specialists deems it necessary to discontinue training. Such discontinuance, should it occur, may be immediate and at the discretion of Intuitive Specialists. Should such dismissal occur, course fees will not be reimbursed (unless the class has not yet taken place.) Any reimbursements provided will be minus a $50 administrative fee and will be the only legal and/or fiduciary claim you will have against Intuitive Specialists in that event.


8. There are a lot of folks now claiming to be “experts” in the field of remote viewing, and there are those that have opened institutes to teach it. Unfortunately, many of the product(s) being sold as “remote viewing classes” are not what they purport to be. We want to promote CRV as the science that it is. For that reason, we ask that you agree not to try to teach this course in a for-profit situation until at least 2 years after graduating from the Advanced Course. You are welcome to share what you have learned with your family and or friends in an effort to help you integrate the teaching. Just don’t charge for it. We are not concerned about competition. There are plenty of people in the world to go around! Our concern centers around morphic resonance. The more people that learn to do something well, the easier it becomes to do it well. The more people learn to do something badly, the easier it becomes to do it badly. And the more methods there are circulating out there, the more difficult it becomes to learn it in a uniform way. So please don’t tell others you are an expert if you are not. CRV is, by design, a complicated methodology. As you practice and integrate what you learn, you’ll find that you are growing exponentially, and your understanding of your own subconscious mind, the nature of time and space, etc. will grow deeper with time. Give yourself that time to truly understand the nature of this science before you present yourself as an expert. By initializing this paragraph, you agree that you will not accept funds for teaching any aspect of CRV or its derivatives, nor will you market yourself as an expert of CRV until at least 2 full years after graduating from the Advanced CRV course.

These meetings and classes are recorded. Occasionally, Lori Williams and her assigns may utilize portions of these recordings and/or student sketches or sessions obtained during training for instructional or promotional purposes. Your image, your questions, and your voice may be recorded. By initializing this paragraph and participating in classes and/or meetings, you agree and give your consent to the utilization of your image, voice and session work to be shared online and in person. Your identity will not be used without your written permission.


10. Your signature below constitutes your legal agreement that this training is entered into voluntarily, for the purposes of learning and for positive personal, interpersonal and social reasons only. Your signature allows Intuitive Specialists the right to seek legal action and recompense for any damages suffered should you choose to utilize the CRV skills you learn in this training to hurt, defame or commit any illegal act in which Intuitive Specialists’ reputation or business is affected in any way. Moreover, if any part of this agreement is declared invalid in a court of law or any other legally binding setting, the remainder of this agreement will continue to be valid as originally executed, and under no circumstances will any claim against Intuitive Specialists exceed $200. Initializing this paragraph constitutes your legal consent that any controversy arising from this agreement or any breach thereof can or will be resolved by arbitration under the auspices of The American Arbitration Association and in accordance with its rules. Judgment upon award rendered by the arbitrators will be binding and final.

11. Students find the study of CRV fascinating and fulfilling. Those who progress through the Advanced Course and continue on to study Operational Remote Viewing (which is used to assist in missing person cases, archeology, etc.) are prepared to handle “real world cases” that can be emotionally taxing on the Viewer. As a new student, you are not prepared to view advanced targets. Such targets could be dangerous and could have a serious effect on the untrained and/or inexperienced Viewer Student. By initializing this paragraph, you agree not to attempt to view murders, kidnappings, and other such targets that could have a damaging effect on your psyche without first attending and successfully graduating from the necessary Advanced Operational Training. Should you choose to experiment and view such targets against this advice, you agree to hold Intuitive Specialists harmless for any negative consequences of your actions.


AFFIDAVIT

I have read and initialed all 11 paragraphs of this Training Agreement. Any questions I may have had about anything contained in this document have been resolved to my complete satisfaction. I do hereby legally declare that I agree to abide by the guidance and requests made herein, and that I am solely responsible for my
