aluminum PanelsChannel Glass/ U-Profile GlazingUtilizing state-of-the-art equipment & technology and the highest quality aluminum, Paragon supplies a variety of custom fabricated aluminum panels & related façade products. Our products have been utilized in a variety of architectural applications including:

- Curtainwall in-fill panels - Interior & exterior wall cladding - Column covers, beam warps, soffits, cornices,etc. - Roofing & ceiling applications - Signage

Fabricated with precision, we offer turn-key panel systems including engineering & shopdrawings and supply of all related connectors (clips, hangers, etc). We also furnish abricated panels (coated, perforated, corrugated, etc.) as supply only, per the specification and fabrication drawings supplied each customer.

Our Kynar 500/ Hylar 5000 polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and epoxy /polyester powder coated products are of the highest quality. Rigorous quality standards are employed to ensure the durability of each coating (flatness test, gloss test, adhesion test, scratch test, etc.) to confirm with ASTM and AAMA standards. Specialized wood grain, stone effects and patterned coatings are also available and are easily scalable to meet your architectrual / design requirements.

Paragon Honeycomb Panels are also available as an alternative to standard solid and composite panels. Know for its high-strength, superb flatness & lightweight, Paragon honeycomb panels are non-combustible and provide superior insulation & acoustic performance. The light-weight design (of Honeycomb Panels) places less load in the building structure and is fabricated with embedded anchor bolts for quick and low cost installation.

Paragon Honeycomb panels are available with an aluminum face, natural stone & stainless steel face panels. Monolithic decorative steel panels are also available In 316 or 304 SS as a bulk ship product or fabricated as part of an engineered /turn-key system. Panels are available in a variety of thickness. Decoration is achieved via etching and or pressing process. Custom designs are easily achieved.

solid composite honeycombThe Paragon Channel Glass / U-Profile Glazing System is an innovative & sophisticated option for facade construction and overhead / partition glazing. Suitable for interior and exterior applications, we offer a fully engineered single-source system; including cast glass channels, the related perimeter frames and glass supports / gaskets (shop drawings and stamped engineering dwgs included).

Manufactured per (standards) DIN-1249 and DIN-1055, the Paragon U-Channel / U-Profile Glazing System installs vertically or horizontally. With standard channel widths of ~ 10 ¼”, ~13” & ~19 5/8” and a maximum glass length of 236” tempered (276” annealed), Paragon Channel Glass / U-Profile glazing systems are available in standard clear & low-iron options and can be designed as flat or segmented curved set-ups.

Channel Glass Systems are ideal in providing light transmittance and good sound insulation. With a channel depth ranging from 1.6” – 2.4”, the channel glass system can be prepared in a single butt-joint or interlocking set-up, or a dual glazed, butt-joint or off-set design. Glass channels can also be prepared in clear or patterned format (providing translucent privacy and various aesthetic effects) and can also be finished in a full palette of coating (paint) options.

Merging form and function Durascreen Silkscreen glass technology enables a decorative glass product to be utilized as an integral part of the building façade, skylight or canopy; as a green / energy efficient glazing option. Durascreen is a proprietary, weather-resistant ceramic material, permanently fused onto the glass surface. Based on surface coverage and the composition, we can achieve exceptional solar performance previously unattainable with standard decorative glazing. Durascreen is available in a variety of tinted, low-e, insulated, laminated & color compositions. Beyond standard lines and dots, very technical graphics and optical effects can be easily achieved.

Integrated Transparent Media Wall

In cooperation with ONLYGLASS GMBH, Paragon now offers MEDIAFAÇADE, Media Wall façade system. While typical media wall & media mesh products offer minimal transparency and are hung on to the building envelope (increasing loading on the structure),

MediaFacade is distinguished by its high level of transparency.

Utilizing LED strings inserted into insulated glass units (IGUs), the IGU maintains its full function as the MEDIAFACADE preserves the facades architectural intent & sophistication. Depending on the pixel pitch, the light and view, transparency is between 80% (20mm pixel pitch) and 96% (100mm pixel pitch).

MEDIAFACADE can also be configured as curtain wall system or as a point-supported, structural glass wall system, providing daylight for interior occupants and an exterior canvas for advertisement and artistic media. With an additional maximum weight less than 0.75 # / sq. ft. MEDIAFACADE is lightweight and causes no further structural expense.

With around 1 billion colors (10bit) and a pixel pitch of at least 20 mm MEDIAFACADE has an extremely efficient display. Even in daylight the overall picture has a high resolution and is clearly discernible to a large extent. The same also applies to moving images.

MEDIAFACADE opens new possibilities for communication in urban space offering creative perspectives for architects and urban planners & for artists and advertisers.


Switchable Privacy GlassParagon Switchable Privacy Glass is a high-tech laminated glass product. Utilizing proprietary LCD & ITO coating technology, privacy is easily controlled with the flip of a switch. Upon activation the Switchable Privacy Glass panel appears clear, while in non-active mode the glass appears fully translucent / frosted.

Available in a max. size of 72 x 144”, Paragon Switchable Privacy Glass has been installed in retail environments, boardrooms, resort & spa settings, health-care & academic facilities, and high-end residences. This product is also available in a full palette of vibrant colors, and can easily be prepped as frameless door (including hardware), ready for installation.

Staffed with industry veterans, we provide engineering & drafting services for a variety building envelope systems. We have completed large-scale curtain wall projects, point-supported & tension structures, panel-wall systems, unitized glazing systems & stone facade projects; worldwide.

As your ‘in-house’ design department we handle all of your engineering and drafting needs from schematic design to record-set shop drawings. Utilizing the latest structural analysis, CAD & 3D design software. We provide PE stamped engineering calculations and production drawings for your fabricator.

As your partner our engineering staff will interface with your project management team to expedite your project; keeping your workers on the jobsite (installing product) and completing your project on budget.
