2. FULL COLOR Tri-Chromatic Technology

CCD CCD with Blue LED Full Color Camera

Optimum Algorism designed direct signal conditioning on Camera to identify slightly different Color like

Human being’s eye .

• Human’s eye is more sensitive to green color, so when we make the pattern of the filter,

we make GRGB or RGBG to use green 2 times more.

• Our Full color camera technology can distinguish even small color difference like human’s eye by using

adequate algorism.

• Color filter has 3 colors Red, Blue, Green.

• Full color camera’s output resolution is the pixel from the output terminal of the video. And the Mono type camera has their own brightness intensity for each pixel. Full color camera has intensity for the three primary color red, green, blue.

• Image sensor has each R,G,B colors in the patterns on the mono cells. Each filter only penetrates its own color. One cell can combine only one color at a time, so the pixel can detect one color from red , green, blue.

By adopting NIR(Near Infrared), sorting out even transparent

materials such as glass, resin, PET is possible.

As you see on below graph, the waviness of foreign materials are

different from normal grains.
