NOTICE INVITING TENDER(NIT)

Sealed tender (in two bid system) are invited from the manufacturer and Registered

authorized dealer for Supply Godrej make furniture & book shelves for library. The BOQ

may be obtained from the college office at a price of Rs 5,000/- (Rs. Three Thousand Only)

in shape of Bank Draft in favour of Principal ,S. S. Memorial College, Ranchi payable at

Ranchi on working days from 14th September,2016 to 21st September 2016. Date of

submission of Tender is on 14th October, 2016 at 12.00 PM and will be opened same day at

2.00 PM in the presence of Tendrer or their authorized representative. A refundable Earnest

money is 2% of the Tender Money should be deposited with Tender in shape of Demand

draft of any nationalized Bank in favour of Principal, S. S. Memorial College, Ranchi

Payable at Ranchi.

The BOQ can only be obtained from College Office.

Cost of BOQ:- Rs 5,000/-(Rs. Three thousand only)

All tenders will have to submit the original receipt of purchase of tender paper at the time of

submission of tender.

Refundable EMD Rs :- 2% of Tender money

Selected tenders/s refundable EMD will be refunded only in completion of job/work for

which MoU has been enter between the Principal and Tenderer or its authorized

representative.

1. Instruction for filling up the tender and their terms and Conditions

Properly sealed tender (in two Bid systems) should be submitted in the office of

the undersigned either in person or by the registered post on or before

………….2016 till 2.00pm. Tender received after due date and time, so whatever

be the reason will be rejected/not accepted.

The bidder may quote the rates along with the Specification of the items for which

specification have not been mentioned or for which the higher version of

specification are available

The authorized dealer should have JST registration certificate.

Photo Copy of update CST/JST/IT Registration certificate, IT Clearance

certificate of at least three financial years, PAN/TAN number (with proof) must

be submitted with the technical bid, failing which the quotation will be liable to

rejected or will be rejected.

The tender must enclose copy of the Income Tax and Sales Tax Clearance

certificate and Income tax return for last 3 Financial year Annual Turnover of 60

lakh and above in the last Financial year and should have audited by the charted

accounted,

Price must be quoted F.O.R Destination.

Price must be valid for 6(six) month from the date of opening of the tender.

PAYMENT:- The College will make full payment after the receipt of goods in

good condition and certificate by the concern H.O.D regarding satisfactory

installation /demonstration work within one month after the supply of the items.

All items must be delivered within 30days from the receipt of order.

EMD of Rs 50,000/- (Rs Fifty Thousand Only) to be deposited with the technical

bid in the shape of Bank Draft of any nationalized bank in favour of The

Principal, S. S. Memorial College, Ranchi payable at Ranchi.

The Firm submitting Tender should have a minimum experience of twenty years

in the field of scientific goods and should have supply.

Manufacturer & Suppler should be AN ISO Certified.

Incomplete tender or tender received after due date and time will be rejected.

The bidder should have the authorization from manufacturer in case of the agency

not being the manufacturer.

The bidder should have quote 100% all the items for the department with all

essential accessories to run the equipment.

The bidder shall have to submit technical & financial bid in two separate

envelopes. The financial bids of only those bidders who qualify in the technical

bid will be opened.

Preference must be given to the dealers who is registered for wooden works and

has an appropriate experience in the same field.
