MEDICATION POLICYFor student safety, medication of any kind is not to be kept in the possession of students or leaders. All
medication will be turned in to our camp nurse at check in. Please bring medication, in original
packaging, and any special instructions in a Ziplock bag labeled with your student’s name. This includes,
but is not limited to: prescription medication, over the counter medication, vitamins supplements,
ibuprofen, allergy medication etc.

student auditorium.

for dinner and final Gathering.

Gathering.
• 5:00pm Last Gathering of Winter

CELL PHONE POLICYStudents are allowed to bring cell phones to camp if they choose and if parents allow it.
Canvas Church, Canvas YTH, and GBC are not responsible for lost or damaged cell phones.
Phones are welcome and invited to be used for photos and to share with friends, families, social media
etc. what’s going on at Winter Camp.
However, if phones become a DISTRACTION from what is happening at camp, Crew Leaders have been
instructed to confiscate them until camp is over. It is our hope that cell phones willbe utilized in a
healthy way.
