Overview

• The School offers nine major programs of study leading to

bachelor’s degrees, nine minor programs and seven master’s degree programs

• The School provides broad inter-school instructional support

to the core curriculum, and its highly qualified faculty devote enormous effort and energy to teaching while actively engaging in scholarship and service to the Low Country, the State and the Nation

• The School continually strives to enhance the learning

environment, expand opportunities for independent study and undergraduate research, and promote a culture of interdisciplinary cooperation linked with individual creativity.

The Exercise Science Research Laboratory is located in Deas Hall.

This facility is equipped with modalities than can measure various anthropometric and metabolic indicators of health and fitness.
