This has reference to the letter of Mindanao Montessori School; you are hereby directed to attend the Nutrition Month Culmination Program this coming July 31, 2019 at Mindanao Montessori School, Digos City.

2. The Montessori Schools requested your presence to be the judges of the Culmination program activity.

3. Travel and other incidental expenses to the attendance shall be charged to local funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

Greetings! Peace be with you and may the Lord God grant you good health, Wisdom and blessings and the rest of the DepEd family.

The Mindanao Montessori School will be having its culminating program/activities this coming July 31, 2019 at 8:30 a.m in cognition with the celebration of Nutrition Month Celebration at Mindanao Montessori School Social Hall, Del Pilar SL, Digos City.

Along this line, the undersigned would like to request your good office to kindly allow Dr. Jasmin A. Asarak, Dentist 11 and 2 nurses of the Nutrition Health Section to be our Judges during the culminating Program.
