APPROVAL AFTER THE TENDER SALE IS CLOSED At the end of the tender sale, our client will decide whether an award will be made. The approval has to be announced to buyer within 10 working days after closing of the tender sale.

COSTS Besides the highest bid the buyer will also have to pay the following amounts:

It occupies a superficial extension forty-four thousand three hundred and four meters and ninety-two square decimeters. All intended for dry land. A destroyed farm within the existing perimeter. This property has been partially renovated and leaves the following description: of the four hundred and ninety-five square meters that the original farmhouse occupied, an area has been repaired to make it possible: Residential area with an area of fifty-seven square meters built and repaired in homes, more than seventy-eight square meters, that are used as a patio. The area of repaired homes divided into two rooms, a living room with integrated kitchen, being a useful area of twenty-two square meters and a bedroom with bathroom, with a useful area of eighteen square meters. From this bedroom you have access to the restored patio. Adjacents: According to the registration documentation provided, the limits of the valued property are: North and East: with the Borondo estate. South: with Rancho de la Torre and Loma del Rey, today owned by Alcaidesa S.A. West: with estate described to the previous issue. Cadastral description: the valued property corresponds to plots 11, 12 and 13 and part of plots 9 and 16 of polygon 5 from the municipality of San Roque. Applied area: Given the impossibility of a physical measurement of the assessed property, the registration area has been taken over. HOW DOES IT WORKS? Who are interested in an object offered for sale must make their bid in writing. In

principle, this is only possible with the help of the digital registration tool from BVA

Auctions.

The Seller has given a period prior to registration when the bids must have arrived.

After the expiry date and time it is no longer possible to place bids and the online

tender sale is closed.

GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS Normally the general terms and conditions are applicable for the online tender

sale. These terms and conditions shows you the procedure and the term of

payment.

You need to agree the with all the conditions before you can place a bid as

indicated by the auction information. Without accepting this terms it’s not possible

to place a bid.

APPROVAL AFTER THE TENDER SALE IS CLOSED At the end of the tender sale, our client will decide whether an award will be made.

You can find the award period in the special auction conditions.

The seller can decide to award to the highest bidder, but can also award to a lower

bidder.

The reason for this may be that the underlying bidder has registered without any

reservations, unlike the highest bidder. Every bidder remains bound to his bid until

the period of consultation has ended.

After the approval is finished every bidder will be informed by e-mail whether or

not they have won the tender sale.
