various positions in the Department of Marketing and Advertising of Detskiy Mir
commercial chain. In 2010, he was employed as the Head of the Advertising
Department in X5 Retail Group. He was then invited to Metro Cash& Carry to take on
the position of the Head of Brand Communication Customer Management &
Marketing. He has many years of experience in the field of media planning and the
purchasing of advertisements, executing and assessing the effectiveness of
promotional actions, marketing research, Internet-marketing and direct marketing.
In 2006, she started her career in Danone and is currently the Head of the Category
Management Department, in which 15 people are employed. During the 4 years she
has been working in that department, she has implemented projects in cooperation
with 20 sales networks in more than 300 stores. Since 2007, she has been a member
and long-term participant in the Category Management Committee of ECR. She
currently works on creating special category management software for local chains,
which are to be deployed in the year 2011.
He has 15 years experience in business development in the coffee market in Russia
and CIS. For 4 years, he was involved in the sales of green coffee and instant coffee in
Sucafina SA, Switzerland. Within 5 years, he created and promoted the Ambassador
coffee brand in Sucafina, Moscow. He is one of the founders of ALMAFOOD.
Before she started working for ALAMAFOOD in 2008, she worked for more than 6
years in Ekoprojekt-2000, which was involved in the production of instant cocoa and
chocolate drinks under the brand of Petrovskaya Sloboda. She has also worked for
Siga, part of the MacCoffee brand.
He has 15 years experience in the pharmaceutical market in Russia. From 1996 to
2003, he held various positions in advertising and marketing in PROTEK. From 2004
to2009, he was the head of one of the largest marketing agencies in the
pharmaceutical market - DSM Group. In 2009, he took the position of Deputy
Executive Director for Commerce in Rigla. He is a member of the European Society for
Opinion and Marketing Research (ESOMAR). He is a member of the board of the
association, a member of the editorial committee of Novaya Apteka and a
member of the experts board of the Moskovskie Apteki periodical.
From 2002 to 2005, he worked as the Sales Director in Bolshevik-Danone. In 2005,
he worked in Philip Morris as the Head of the Sales Department. In 2008, he was the
Sales Director in Bunge. From 2009 to 2010, he held the position of the Executive
Director in Razgulay. Since 2010, he has held the position of the Director of the Sales
and trade-Marketing Department in Gallina Blanca.
He is an independent Retail expert, a winner of the National State Award of the
Russian Federation. In 2002, he became the manager of the year in trade and
consumer cooperation category. He is a member of the Retail top Managers in
Russia,and a member of the board of experts of the industry periodical Moyo Delo.

various senior management positions in Coca-Cola, and for 8 years worked in
