Russia is a sports nation!

Because wherever I go in my life, each town is proud of some talented sportsman or sportswoman.

I was born in Ruza. Now it is a capital of water sports in Moscow region. Everybody there is proud of Victor Minibaev.

Yuliya Pakhalina is a Russian diver. She was born in Penza and graduated from the University there. She won the gold medal in the 2000 Summer Olympics in the 3m Synchronized Springboard with partner Vera Ilyina.

Now I live in Himki. Here we have a lot of opportunities to go in for sports. As for me - I play tennis. So it is totally safe to say that Russia is a sports nation!
