Assistance to purchase land for Gharkul
Government of Maharashtra launched State
Scheme on July 2017, to provide Financial
Assistance to the landless eligible beneficiaries of
central and state Rural Housing Schemes.
Amount – up to Rs. 50,000/- per beneficiary.
• Financial Assistance up to Rs.50,000 will be provided to purchase land of 500 sq.ft.(construction of 250 sq.ft area + other amenities)
• Rs. 50,000 includes stamp duty and land price.
• In Semi Urban area 2 or 3 beneficiaries can construct jointly G+1 or G+2 storied building for that assistance upto Rs. 50,000/- per beneficiary will be provided.
• If price of land exceeds Rs. 50,000/- the excess amount to be beared by the beneficiary.
• Amount transferred to the beneficiaries account after verification of Taluka Committee.
• Assistance provided to 1103 beneficiaries to purchase land.
