Running Queries – ReportingTools – EmpowHR Version 9.0

Select “reporting tools”

Select “query”

Select “query manager”

Click on “advanced search”

Enter applicable search criteria. To bring up theAlready prepared “AMDC” reports, select“begins with” as the search criteria for the query name.

Enter “AMDC” and click the “search” button

Scroll down and see the listing of already preparedQueries available for selection.

To see additional pages ofAvailable queries, click theRight arrow to page forward.

Click on “Excel” next for the desired queryto run the report to excel.

Enter the applicable POI

Enter the applicable beginning and ending datesFor the award period

Click on “view results”

Click on “open” and wait patiently. ItMay take a while for the query to run.

In the excel format, you can sort by name, typeOf award, effective date, etc.

NOTE: The total number ofAwards listed will be identified.

To exit this report, click on the“x” in the red box.

You can enter another POI for a new search orClick on the “x” in the red box to return to theListing of query names.

To bookmark your favorite queries, enter a check markIn the box next to the applicable query name.

From the drop down menu for “action”, select“add to favorites” and then click the “go”Button.
