Audit Reports O365 SharePoint Online
"Content viewing" audit log report is not available with SharePoint Online. You’ll have to use “Security & Compliance” portal, logged in
as Global Admin.
Step 1
Access http://portal.office.com (with admin account)
Step 2
Click the Tiles icon, then Click the “Security & Compliance” tile
Step 3
Click “Reports” from the left panel
Step 4
Click “View reports” under Reports
Step 5
Click “Office 365 audit log report”
Step 6
On the “Audit log search” – Select Activities, Start Date, End Date etc.
Step 7
Under the left pane you have “Results”. You can Filter results and Export results.
Step 8
Now, download the file.
