But, He doesn’t have access to money and mason to build the house

This is Joko’s Family

He earns about $3500 a Year

He has a dream to own a house

A simple house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a livingroom and a kitchen

In Indonesia alone, where Joko lives, there are 8 Million family with the same problem

2. Within 2 weeks, HFHI verify that Joko’s deserve to get a loan

Rumakita by HFHI offers Joko a solution.

1. Joko applies himself or a partner recommend Joko apply for getting a house

3. A group of certified masons build the house in 14 working days

4. Volunteers do tasks to finish the house (e.g. Painting, etc.)

6. In 30 working days after application, Joko already gets his dream house

5. HFHI and Joko prepares the documents needed to transfer the house

How Will Joko pays back the house?• Pay a fixed

amout of credit in max. 10 years with 0% interest.

1. Receive donors, grants, and contributions-in kind

• Our beneficiaries should pay back by contributing their sweat equity to help to build other houses and engage in social activity

• Our beneficiaries may choose to increase their income by joining our local economic center (e.g. Traditional market)

• They will get capacity building to improve their skills and knowledge, so they will be financially independent

How Does It Possible?

With $1 Million Grants, it will be multiplied through:- To build an online platform system – Virtual

Matchmaking Booth- Operational, Administrative and

Management- Salaries- Business and Community Development- Marketing and Fundraising

From these activities, we could generate $ 4.748.915 for the 1st year, with an outreach growth of 27% up until 2023., we could serve 198.396 houses in 10 years.

We do believe if this solution could work in an area, it could be replicated and scaled up to broader areas.

We are targetting to replicate this in 10 Areas, in 10 years. With this number, we are optimistic that we could serve 17.435.424 houses with 69.741.696 people.
