Rules of Badminton:

Series

Competition will be held in the following series: Women’s Advanced, Men’s Advanced,

Women’s Hobby, Men’s Hobby, Women’s Doubles and Men’s Doubles.

Rules

The tournament will be played by the official rules of Badminton World Federation (BWF).

Playing System

Competitors will be drafted into 3 or 4 person/pair pools. Players in the same pool compete

against each other. The winners of each pool will continue to cup system in which the winners

go to the next round.

Equipment

Players will play with their own feather shuttlecocks (a product that is approved by Badminton

World Federation or Badminton Finland).

Organizers are not responsible for the insurance of the participants.

Organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to these rules.
