    U ovom katalogu date su karakteristike rudarskih

    kabela, koji se nalaze u standardnom proizvodnom

    programu Elke. Osim rudarskih kabela obuhva}enih

    ovim katalogom Elka ima u svom proizvodnom

    programu i druge vrste kabela koji se koriste u rudarstvu.

    Vodi~i faznih, zatitnih, kontrolnih i upravlja~kih `ila po

    konstrukciji i elektri~nim svojstvima u potpunosti

    odgovaraju standardu HRN N.CO.015. Materijal vodi~a

    je meki bakar sa zatitnom prevlakom kositra ili legure

    kositra. Konstrukcija vodi~a je fino`i~no u`e klase 5.

    Konstrukcija vodi~a i sam materijal omogu}avaju

    visoku savitljivost kabela.

    Izolacija se sastoji od brizganog sloja etilen-propilenskog

    elastomera (EPDM). Ovaj materijal ima odli~na

    elektri~na svojstva, visoku otpornost na starenje i

    toplinu, naro~`ito visoku otpornost na prodor vlage i na

    djelovanje ozona, te je kroz takve osobine zagarantirana

    duga `ivotna dob kabela izoliranih ovim materijalom.

    2.2 . INSULATION *

    The present catalogue features characteristics of miningcables, forming part of ELKA's standard productionprogram. Apart from mining cables comprised in thiscatalogue, ELKA's production program coveres othercable types, applied in mining industry.

    Conductors of phase, protective, control and surveillancecores in construction and electric properties fully meet theHRN N.CO.015 standard. Conductor material is softcopper with protective tin or tin alloy coating. Conductorconstruction is fine wired rope of class 5. Conductorconstruction and material itself provide for a highflexibility of cable.

    Insulation consists of extruded ethylene-propyleneelastomere (EPDM). This material has got excellentelectric properties, high resistance to ageing andtemperature, particularly high resistance of penetration ofmoisture and ozone influence, which properties guaranteea long life of cables insulated with that material.Basic characteristics of that material are stated in Table 1.

    Plat se izvodi od ekstrudiranog sloja poli-kloroprenskog elastomera (PCP). Polikloropren jesintetski elastomer koji ima izvrsna mehani~ka svojstva,otpornost na plamen, mineralna ulja i pogonska goriva.Izvrsna mehani~ka svojstva sastoje se u visokojotpornosti na habanje, cijepanje i udar. Trajna radnatemperatura polikloroprena iznosi 80oC. Otpornost naniske temperature je veoma dobra, tako da zadr`avaelasti~nost do - 30oC. Otpornost na atmosferilije,otapala, kiseline i alkalije omogu}uje iroku primjenuovog materijala za vanjske zatitne slojeve kabela. Ovasvojstva u potpunosti zadovoljavaju teke uvjete radarudarskih kabela.

    Sheath is manufactured out of extruded polychloropreneelastomere (PCP). Polychloroprene is a synteticelastomere of excellent mechanical properties, resistanceto flame, mineral oils and power-generating fuels.Excellent mechanical properties consist of high resistanceto wear, splitting and crash. Continuous operatingtemperature of polychloroprene is 80oC. Resistance to lowtemperatures is very good, so that it kees it flexibility downto - 30oC. Resistance to weathering factors, solvents,acids and alkali enables a wide application of thatmaterial for external protective cable layers. Thoseproperties fully meet severe working conditions of miningcables.

    YELLOW: for cables of nominal votage up to 1,6 kVRED: for cables of nominal voltage higher than 1,6 kVLIGHT GREY or BLACK: for signalling andcommunication cablesLIGHT BLUE: for self-safety installation cables

    Semi-conductive layers are manufactured in the shape ofextruded or wrapped semi-conductive rubber mixture.Their conductivity secures electric protection or lowresistance in the control circuit.

    U tablici elektri~kih karakteristika kabela dan jemaksimalni elektri~ni otpor vodi~a po kilometru du`inekabela na 20oC kod istosmjerne struje. Kodnominalnog optere}enja i izmjeni~ne struje otporporaste za pribli`no 28%.

    U tablicama je dan pogonski kapacitet faznog vodi~a,po jednom metru du`ine kabela. Pogonski kapacitet jezbroj parcijalnih kapaciteta vodi~a prema ostalimvodi~ima i metalnom platu.

    U tablicama je dan induktivni otpor faznog vodi~a kodfrekvencije 50 Hz, po kilometru du`ine kabela.Induktivitet faznog vodi~a u petlji sa ostalim faznim izatitnim vodi~ima, uz zanemarenje unutarnjeginduktiviteta zbog relativno manjih presjeka i fino`i~neizvedbe vodi~a.

    Nazivni napon kabela ozna~ava se Uo/U u kV. Najviiradni napon mo`e prelaziti nazivni napon za 20%vrijednosti, kod svih kabela, osim kod kabela EpN 63gdje radni napon ne smije prelaziti 1/1,6 kV.

    Maksimalno doputena trajna radna struja rudarskihkabela dana je u Tablici 3. za temperaturu okoline 25oC.Korekcijski faktori za struju u ovisnosti o temperaturiokoline dani su u Tablici 4.

    Maximum electric resistance of conductor per kilometre ofcable length at 20oC and at direct current is stated in thetable of electric properties of cables. At nominal rating andalternating current the resistance increases for approx.28%.

    Operating capacity of phase conductor per one metre ofcable is stated in tables. Operating capacity is a sum ofpartial capacites of conductors in proportion to otherconductors and metalic sheat.

    Inductive resistance of phase conductor at 50 Hz frekvencyper kilometre of cable lenght is stated in tables. Inductivityof phase conductor in loop with other phase and protectiveconductors, neglecting inner inductivity due to relativelysmaller cross-sections and finewired conductorconstruction.

    Nominal voltage of cables is designated by Uo/U in kV.Maximum operating voltage can exceed nominal voltagefor 20% of value, for all cables except for cable EpN 63,where operating voltage must not exceet 1/1,6 kV.

    Maximum permissible continuous current load of miningcables is stated in Table 3 for ambient temperature 25oC.Correction factors for current in dependence of ambienttemperature are stated in Table 4.

    4. ISPITIVANJE KVALITETE

    Ispitivanja tijekom proizvodnje i na gotovom kabeluprovode se prema propisima HRN standarda. Premaovim ispitivanjima kabeli potpuno zadovoljavajupropisanu kvalitetu. Uz ova ispitivanja uvedeno jedodatno ispitivanje savitljivosti kabela na posebnomure|aju za cikli~ko savijanje. Polumjer savijanja kabela ioptere}enje za svaki tip kabela bira se prema uvjetimaeksploatacije kabela. Ova ispitivanja u toku razvojapojedinih tipova kabela uvjetovala su niz poboljanja ukonstrukciji koja imaju za cilj du`i vijek pojedinihkonstrukcijskih elemenata kabela a time i cijelog kabela.

    4. QUALITY TESTING

    Testing during production and testing of finished cable arecarried out according to HRN standards regulations.According to those testings, cables fully meet theprescribed quality. Along with those testings, an additionaltesting of cable flexibility on a special device for cyclicbending has been introduced. Bending radius of cablesand loads for each cable type are selected in accordancewith the conditions of cable exploitation. Those testings,performed during development of individual cable types,have permitted a series of improvements in construction,aiming at longer life of particular constructive elements ofcables and thereby of the entire cable.

Upotreba za svepogone gdje postoji potreba koritenja kabelskogkontrolnika i ostvarenja jednog daljinskog upravljanja.Kod premjetanja tijekom pogona dozvoljen polumjersavijanje je 2,5 D pri kojemu mo`e izdr`ati bezunutarnjih ote}enja 5000 jednostrukih ciklusasavijanja (D = vanjski promjer kabela).Konstrukcija 3x6+2x2,5+6 mm nije po HRN-u ve} jespecijalno razvijena za builice. Sa konstrukcijom EpN62 mogu}e je koritenje kabelskog kontrolnika iupravljanje builicom.

    Savitljivi kabel namijenjen je za eksploataciju urudnicima s metanskim jamama. Upotrebljava se zanapajanje kombajna, strojeva na radilitima pripreme iotvaranja. Pored upotrebe kabelskog kontrolnikamogu}e je ostvariti dva kruga upravljanja, npr.upravljanje transporterom i kombajnom. Kabel je zavrijeme pogona stalno u pokretu izlo`en mehani~kimnaprezanjima i zadovoljava teke uvjete rada. Izvedbakabela EpN 63 namijenjena za polaganje u kabelskilanac gdje je polumjer savijanja 2,5D, mo`e izdr`ati5000 jednostrukih ciklusa savijanja prema Internompropisu Elke. Izvedba kabela Epn 63 (S) namijenjena jeza napajanje kombajna bez kabelskog lanca, gdje jekabel vu~en od stroja i time izlo`en velikim vla~nimsilama, uz savijanja i uvijanja. Doputeni polumjersavijanja je 5D s brojem jednostrukih ciklusa savijanjaod 5000 (D = vanjski promjer kabela.)
