Dear Fellow Celebretorians,

First and foremost, thank you for your interest in Ruby June Clebrates!

In case you’re curious, Ruby June Celebrates is the preeminent brand of cheerfully

themed invitations, stationery, and paper party products to help celebrate any of life’s

little special occasions. I say little for two reasons: because life is all about the tiny

moments that add up to becoming something incredible, and because I’m constantly

inspired by the creativity of the world’s smallest inhabitants, kids. At it’s core, Ruby

June Celebrates is inspired by delightful party themes, quirky children’s books, and a

childhood filled with crafts and creativity.

People often ask me how I came to a career in paper and design. After graduating from

Oklahoma State University with a degree in interior design, I set out on a career in the

paper industry in 2005. After years of printing, packaging, and proofing, my growing

passion led me to the roll of Art Director, until I founded Ruby June Celebrates in 2010.

The rest, as they say, is history.

Ruby June Celebrates honors the whimsical, laughable details in life, much like my

grandmothers, after which the brand was named. I can often be found in my design

niche, accompanied by my delightful critters: Pookie, my dog, and a couple of cats! I

really am constantly excited to share my latest creations with you, so check back often!

And, bottom line, I hope Ruby June Celebrates brings as much celebration to your life

as it has to mine.

PRICING & QUANTITIES:All product is available in boxes of 10 or bulk 100. We o�er a price break beginning at bulk of 200.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCT & IMPRINTING:All imprintable designs shown in this catalog are produced on a state-of-the-art digital printing press, the HP Indigo, using heavy-weight paper stock. A sample packet of 25 blank, assorted samples is available for testing on your equipment. Sample packet is $25, including shipping.

We recommend imprinting on a cool laser printer, or an inexpensive ink jet. We recommend the Epson Workforce printer for an economical solution. O�set printing is also an e�ective imprinting method. Many of our retailers have also indicated that the following machinery also works well: Epson R280, Canon I-9900m Epson 1400. We always recommend looking at your individual computer and printer settings to ensure best imprint results.

NEW ACCOUNTS:A resale certificate and/or tax ID number is required. Credit Card only. Please note that if a yearly minimum of $250 orders per year is not met, a new opening order will be required.

TERMS:E�ective January 1, 2012, all accounts are Credit Card terms. Accounts reaching a minimum of $5,000 per month may apply for terms by requesting a terms application, but accounts must be processed and paid in full by the beginning of the following month. Processing of applications requires 4 to 6 weeks and an owner’s personal guaranty is required. Delinquent accounts will be put on hold, and orders will not process until payment is received. Sorry, we don’t o�er COD.

SHIPPING:All orders will ship UPS ground. Most orders ship within four business days. Please allow additional processing time for market and tradeshow orders. Please allow additional processing time for orders over 2 designs/12 boxes. Small (under 12 boxes) orders may be rushed out same day for a $25 rush fee, or will ship next day. Large orders may be rushed out next day for a $50 rush processing fee. Gift orders cannot be rushed. Please allow additional processing time for orders containing gift products. Please note that Ruby June Celebrates is not responsible for packages left without signature.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS:Defects must be reported within 10 days of merchandise receipt. All unauthorized returns will be refused at the dock, if not labeled with an provided Return Authorization Number. All sales are final. No refunds, no returns. Order production begins in as much as five days from the requested date of shipment. Order cancellations will incur a 20% cancellation charge if production has already begun. Ruby June Celebrates reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.
