These doshas need to be in harmonious balance in a healthy individual. Specific cleansingprocesses and massage techniques are applied to re-establish this balance and rid the bodyof any build-up of toxins.Shannon, our Ayurveda masseur at the Weisses Rössl, originally comes from Sri Lanka.He learnt his massage techniques in India and in his homeland. In 2004, love took him to Austria where he was awarded his Ayurveda diploma. Cancelling appointments:

It may happen that you cannot make it to an appointment. Please let us know as quickly as possible. Please understand that we charge 100 % of the cost if cancellation is not made 12 hours before the booked appointment. In the case of booked packages, a cancellation fee of 50% is charged one week prior to the appointment; after that we charge the full price. Booked appointments not utilised cannot be deductedfrom the cost of the package price.

Preparation time:

Please leave enough time for us and your treatment. We kindly ask you to be at the SPA least 10 minutes before your appointment. In our SPA area you'll find tea, water and magazines. Should you not be able to make it on time, we will still try to make your treatments as perfect as possible. Thank you for understanding that, if we have bookings after yours, your treatment time may be shortened.

Before the treatment begins:

It's best to arrive wearing a bathrobe or comfortable sportswear for your appointment. To ensure that your body is able to absorb the skin care products to the optimum, please takea quick shower beforehand.

Subsequent relaxation times:

All our treatments include a subsequent relaxation period of 5 to 10 minutes.

Health:In order for us to guarantee your well-being, please let us know of anyallergies, complaints, accidents or intolerances.

Quiet zone:

Our SPA is meant to be a place of rest and relaxation for all guests. Please leave your mobile phones and tablets behind. The entire SPA area is non-smoking. Please note that dogs have to remain behind in your room.

Food and drink

In the SPA IN THE LAKE, there is a small area where you can wear your bathrobe and eat. In all other rooms, please do not eat or drink any beverages. In the SPA & BEAUTY area, there is water available as well as tea. When eating in our restaurants or on the sun terrace, please wear appropriate clothing (no bathrobe).

Day SPA:

Our SPA & Beauty area and SPA in the lake are also open to external guests.
