2. Calculate the unit rate per Cubic metre by performing Rate analysis for thefollowing items.

a) Cement Concrete Floor 1:2:4.

 b) 12 mm plastering 1:6.

3.a) Write the detailed specifications for Damp Proof course (2.5 cm thick) C.C

1:1.5:3. b) What is a Contract? How do you prepare contract document? Write the general

conditions of contract?

4. Figure 1 shows the plan and sectional details of a two roomed building. Estimate

the quantities of the following items.

i) Earthwork in Excavation in foundationii) Lime Concrete in foundationiii) I

st Class Brick work in cement mortar 1”6 in foundation & plinth.

v) Ist class brickwork in lime mortar in super structure.
