RPED 250 - Teaching Evaluations

RPED 250 Coordinator Evaluations

The purpose of coordinator evaluations is to provide each instructor with constructive feedback on teaching methods and materials used in the classroom. The classroom evaluation will be recorded on “The Evaluation of Instructor Form” – See Appendix B, Instructor Guidelines

Following the evaluation, you will need to meet with the program coordinator to review and discuss the observations recorded on the evaluation form. You may also use the results of the evaluation for evidence of effective teaching in your professional portfolio.

You must schedule a classroom evaluation with me (Program Coordinator) sometime during the course of the semester. Please schedule a classroom visit after the third full week and before the last two weeks of the semester. If you teach multiple sections, only schedule for one. • Also, please schedule a time when I can introduce myself to your classes at the

beginning of the semester
