From this research found the result have confirmed that project delivery capabilities have high impact on project performance parallel with previous study. But, the ranking for the factors of project delivery capabilities is not the same as previous research by Milosevic and Ozbay (2011). In terms of the magnitude of the effect, the result shows the factor of metric need to give the most attention in managing project to improve business performance in delivery construction project at Kuantan. These results may be due to make the project easier to conduct by setting the measurement baseline for technical scope, schedule and cost to deliver the project on time. There are 80 companies(N) in construction industry at Kuantan that registered. Hence, for at least 60 respondents or sample size (s) will be taken according to Krejcie & Morgan formula . Conclusion: This study have been achieved the objective of the research and answer the research questions. Through out this study found, project delivery capabilities is important to deliver project timely and effective and the most factors that contribute is metrics. Recommendation: New researcher also must study on other factors which are information technology and project culture. So that, improving the project performance is necessary for organization to keep the project schedule on track and deliver timely. Ability to deliver the project is a significant interest for organizations (Marnewick & Labuschagne, 2010). Delivered project on time is one of strategic objective organization must achieve in order to get customers satisfaction. Delivery capabilities are an increasingly important area in business strategy.
