Clients are being updated on every milestone of hand carry and NFO shipments by email. For example for a hand carry shipment we will update on the following milestones:
• Pick up • Export Clearance (when required)• Check-in (tag # and excess luggage paid (if any))• Shipment confirmed loaded on the plane by gate dispatcher and courier on board • Courier arrived at transit airport• Courier boarding for next flight, shipment confirmed loaded on the plane by gate dispatcher• Courier arrived at destination• Courier has retrieved shipment and proceeds to customs• Shipment has been customs clear and is out for delivery• POD
