of the need to not attend the run if they are showing any symptoms of COVID or have been in contact with a person displaying signs or has tested positive

Routes Small groups leave at different times with fastest group going first

Groups organized according to the rule of 6

Runners can maintain distance between each other on route

Route is on quiet streets away from busy urban centres along roads with low density housing, so contact with the public can be minimized

Route contains mainly wide pavements adjacent to quiet roads to allow social distancing to be maintained.
