Phase I — Accountability / Toughness / Structure / Routine

End of Season to End of Fall semester - The players are awarded t-shirts by categories on how they tested on our 3 lifts and 3

movements.Phase II - Started Beginning of 2nd semester Emphasis is 8 weeks of lifting and limited running . This is our major strength phase.

Leadership curriculum (20 minute lecture each day) coaches / Players presentWe will test on bench / squat / pwr clean - 40 yd dash / stand broad jump / pro agility

*Week before spring break

Phase III Emphasis is 4 – 6 weeks of skill work and weights
