Rotterdam Ahoy. World Venue. Since 1971. Based in

port city Rotterdam and known as THE number one

versatile venue in the Netherlands. Ahoy has been the

proud host of a diverse range of brilliant business and

sports events and entertainment for more than 45

years. With a drive always to excel.

We proudly present our brand new Convention Centre

in 2019, consisting of 35 break out rooms and the

largest auditorium in the Netherlands, named

RTM Stage. The 4 floor Convention Centre can

be used for a variety of events and is directly

connected to Ahoy Plaza and the Exhibition &

Event Halls. On the 2nd and 3rd floor one can find

all break out rooms, varying in capacity from 50 to

1,000 persons. The Expo Foyer (2,300 m2) is also

located on the 3rd floor. The perfect place for gala

The Auditorium or Main Hall of the Rotterdam Ahoy Convention

Centre is named RTM Stage. It is he largest auditorium/theatre

of the Netherlands, with a capacity of 2,750 people. The stage

includes a stage tower, acoustic panels and an orchestra pit.

The stage is versatile; which means it is the perfect place for

your congress plenary sessions and can also be used for fairs and

concerts as all the stands can been removed. The hall then has a

capacity of 7,000 people. In this multifunctional venue ‘the sky is

the limit’!

RTM Stage has a total capacity of 2,750 seats.

The Auditorium can however

also be used in a

1,750 set-up.

NEW VIBRANT AREA

In the city of pioneers Rotterdam Ahoy is creating

a Convention Centre, Concert hall, Theatre and

Auditorium. The existing Exhibition & Event Halls

are being extensively modernised.

‘Hart van Zuid’

The construction of the Rotterdam Ahoy Conven-

tion Centre and the refurbishment of the Exhibition

& Event Halls form part of the Hart van Zuid urban

regeneration project launched by the municipality

of Rotterdam. Over the next few years the already

lively area - with Zuidplein Shopping Centre, Zuid-

plein Theatre, restaurants and the biggest city park

of the Netherlands - will be redeveloped for a sus-

tainable and creative future.

BRAND NEW 250 ROOM HOTEL

In 2019 a brand new hotel counting 250 rooms will

be opening its doors on the premises of Ahoy. Your

congress’ delegates can enjoy a good night sleep and

luxurious breakfast before attending a congress or

event in Ahoy.
