AluVision is the name for the new

aluminium competence from Roto.

It was our goal to make window fab-

rication even easier. On the one

hand, Roto AluVision sets new

benchmarks for fabrication friendli-

ness and economic efficiency. And

secondly, we have realigned and

extended our product range. This

means you can react more flexibly

to the market requirements. First

example: Roto AluVision T300. The

“T” in the product name stands for

“Tilt&Turn” – Turn-Only and Tilt-Only

applications.

Just one pre-assembled clamp-strip for all profiles.

For AluVision T300 we have deve-

loped a standardised, aesthetically

attractive hinge-side for Turn-Only

and Tilt&Turn sashes. All compo-

nents are pre-assembled as standard

and can be mounted using just one

clamp-strip. This increases installa-

tion security and reduces fabrication

time. Sash stays and corner hinges,

as well as the stay bearings and

pivot rests are non-handed. Due to

the fact that fewer components are

used, AluVision T300 also has less

stock holding.

Never was adjustment easier.

Further evidence of the innovative

Roto technology is in the new cor-

ner drive: The retention is effected

without tools by means of an insert-

able retaining fork. The mishandling-

device is already integrated. Further-

more AluVision T300 offers various

adjusting possibilities. The lateral

adjustment is possible while the

sash is still installed and particularly

effortless on Turn-Only sashes with

the new rebate hinge solution.

Implement common opening types

easily with AluVision T300:

Tilt&Turn, Turn-Only and Tilt-Only

sashes with sash weights up to

80kg. Left or right handed sashes.

Jigs are reduced to a minimum. The

variable clip-fit system enables its

secure use in all conventional pro-

files with frame grooves from 10 to

14mm. Tried and tested: 2 locking

systems to choose from; in line with

the Roto modular design principle.
