There was a woman who spoke of her two-hour walk

to the river.

She brought her young children, who were also

tasked with carrying water.

The river water was likely contaminated.

The new well shortened her one-way trip to 15 minutes.

Her children will now be able to attend school.

a capacity of up to 60 students; can have second shift – potential for 840 students

• Administrative office, solar electricity, computer lab and library

• Desks and blackboards for the classrooms

• Clean water well and latrine• Haitian Ministry of Education

will staff, support, and maintain the school once built
