    Introductions: Guests Lou Rotar introduced by Mike Ramsey, DavidPittman introduced RYE Bruno Arruda and His Parents Rosa and Jr. whoarrive early this morning from Brazil. Their baggage did not arrive fromDallas/Ft. Worth airport so we made an early visit to Marshalls this morn-ing.

    Rat Outs: Mike Ramsey rat out Chuck Reynolds who took him on sh-ing trip on Sac River with some successful fresh salmon.

    Amy Jernigan rat out of Scott Perkins for putting on successful Moviein the Parks.

    Board Meeting Summary Report:SBF grant agreement authorized. Agreement to transfer $10,000 to new

    foundation to operate the Monday ClubOroville Noon Rotary Foundation Representatives Shelton Enochs (2

    ears), Rod Ritchie (1 year) and Bruce Spangler (3 years).Membership goal of 9 new members everyone to submit 2 names.President Eric was asking members for suggestions of a patriotic project for Club funding. PDG

    August 7th, will be at the YMCA. Then, the 14th will be our rst meeting at the Monday Club.For Monday the 30th, thanks to Mark Grover , our guest speaker will be Ken Gilbert of Feather Falls
