Rotary Club of Eugene DeltaRotary Club of Eugene Delta

Chartered in 1970, Eugene Delta Rotary supports both the International Rotary Foundation and the Delta Rotary Foundation.

The club has supported international projects in South Africa, Russia, and South America.

Locally, Delta helped establish the Owens Rose Garden, started a 24/7 Host Home Project with Looking Glass, and originated the Great Rotary Duck Race.

The mission of The Delta Rotary Foundation is to complement the Rotary Foundation by providing local community service.

Funds were to be used as either cash grants or loans to high school seniors from Sheldon, Marist, or the MLK Education Center for their college education. 

We encourage applications from students who may not qualify for low income scholarships and funding but will benefit from financial assistance in pursuing a college education.

Sheryl traveled to India in February 2010 to immunize children against polio. The 26-member team from the US including two from England and two from Canada spent 10 days as part of the National Immunization Day campaign.  They traveled to remote villages and transit locations.
