Firstly, thank you to Gloria, Ross, Lin, Anne and Sandra McMahon for getting up bright and early to prepare and cook the Great Aussie Breakfast on Australia Day. We estimate we did close to 1300 breakfasts. The fruit was a huge hit. This is a great joint activity with the three local clubs.

This Monday night at the meeting we will be reviewing the year to date and discussing what is planned for the remainder of this Rotary year. Directors can you review your section of the club plan in preparation for the meeting?

If you were planning to invite a guest can I ask that you hold off until the following week please?

Sunday is our next day at the Bush Two Up. Cherie and Georgia will be keeping me company. Last Sunday Lin joined me. It is a very interesting afternoon. We then have one more Sunday on 8 February. A very

worthwhile activity. No, we do not have a go. I can't as permit holder!

On 14 February is the Community Expo. The three clubs will be putting together a joint display to promote Rotary. Thank you Cherie for offering to coordinate for our club again this year. We will be able to promote The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel film night to raise funds for End Polio Now. We will not be able to sell tickets as the event is for promotion only.

There is considerable interest in the night so make sure: 1. You purchase your tickets; and 2. You encourage your friends and colleagues to do the same. We don't want to see you miss out.

March 20, 2015 District Officers Training [DOTS] To be held in Albany in the lead

up to our District Conference. For District Chairs and all Assistant Governors.

March 20-22, 2015

District Conference – Albany This will be a great event in the year that

we celebrate the Gallipoli Centennial.

April 10-12, 2015 President Elect Training [PETS]

This will be held at The Sebel Hotel in Mandurah. For the first time we will be combining our

PETS program with District 9455. This will be held from Friday evening to Sunday lunch

time. Partners welcome. More detail to follow.
