T he Thirty Fourth Weekly Meeting was held on 23 February 2015 at Rotary

House of Service at 7.00 PM. The meeting marked the110th Anniversary of the First Rotary Meeting held at Room No. 711, 7th Floor, Unity Building , Chicago, U.S.A. on 23 Feb. 1905.

An interesting programme was lined up for this Historical Event.

PDG Badri Prasad spoke on “History of Rotary – Milestones”. RBI Choir Group rekindled the spirit of Rotary within Rotarians and Annes present and DG Rtn. Nick Corke spoke on his "Thoughts on Rotary"

The evening ended with a fellowship dinner. •

Innauguration of E- Learning Centre

P resident Mahesh Parikh

inaugurated the E-learning

Centre at Gurudwara School in the

presence of Arjun Menda of Menda

Foundation, President Rotary

Cantonment Jasbir Singh,

PP Ranjit Gulati, Rtns Dr Srikanth,

Manju and Kesavadas.

Children were taught using the

installed system. The teachers

and students were quite happy

with the system. We also took

feedback and suggestions for

improvement. •

Tuberculosis Awareness Program

camp was organized by RBI

and conducted by the Health

workers of BBMP Ulsoor Referral

hospital at Hutting Primary

School on 14th December 2014.

collected and sent to CV Raman

Govt hospital for further tests.

BBMP health workers said that

they would follow up on the

cases should they be tested

positive. A few kits were left at

the school and the teachers were

taught how to collect samples. •
