Whenever I create a design it is always with the hope that it will bring pleasure to someone, that perhaps
it will help them say something without using
words.
We all like to receive cards that show someone has taken the time to find or create something which
reveals that they really know us. Showing someone that
they are worth my time and effort has always been central
to why I do what I do.
Rosie’s luxurious letterpress designs are printed from original papercut designs.
Lovingly hand Letterpress printed by a specialist printer onto handmade 300gsm Somerset Cotton paper.
Created to feel as good as they look. These greetings cards are designed for those special occasions when only the best will do.

Wholesale Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in stocking our work. Below you will �nd details of our minimumorder requirements, lead times, delivery information as well as returns policies and other information. If you have any queries please don't hesitate to contact us via email:
Minimum order:
Our minimum order value is £50.
Payment:
Orders will be processed on a pro-forma basis.
You can pay via bank transfer or via PayPal - please select your preferred method when placing your order and we'll send you the appropriate invoice.
Lead times:
We aim to dispatch printed items within 2 working days of receiving payment for your order.
We aim to dispatch handmade items within 7 working days of receiving payment for your order.
During peak periods these times may vary. If you have speci�c delivery deadlines please contact us by telephone or email BEFORE placing your order so that we can provide accurateinformation on stock levels. We'll do our best to help if you have a tight deadline!
Delivery:
We make every e�ort to ensure that your goods arrive speedily and safely. Dependent onweight and size, your order will either be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelforce
48 hours tracked services.
Carriage paid minimum order level
Orders with a value equal to or greater than £75 qualify for free delivery.
For orders placed under this level, delivery charges are applied as follows:- £6.95 for items which can be sent by Special delivery £11.96 for items which must by sent by Parcelforce
Non-delivery of items:
Goods dispatched to UK Mainland addresses are sent via Parcelforce 48hrs or Royal MailSpecial Delivery dependent on weight and size. Non-arrival of goods within seven workingdays of the order date should be noti�ed to Rosie and the Boys via telephone or email.
Returns:
Rosie and the Boys make every e�ort to ensure that we o�er you our best products and serviceand hope that you will be completely satis�ed with your order. We understand however thatoccasionally you may wish to return an item. If you are not completely happy with your purchaseplease contact us by telephone or email within 3 days of receiving your order.
Where a return has been agreed with us and an item cannot be replaced, the original cost will either be refunded or credited to your account at our discretion. The cost of returning a faulty or damaged item to us will also be reimbursed. Proof of postage must be obtained for items being returned to us.
We reserve the right to withhold an exchange, credit or refund if the item returned to us isvisibly damaged, marked, or is in a condition that we deem renders it unsuitable for resale.
Please note due to their unique nature, personalised or bespoke items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Sale of our work:
As the Seller, you are welcome to sell our work in your OWN retail premises and online shop.You do NOT have permission to sell our work via a third party, discount house or onlinemarketplace (examples include but are not limited to notonthehighstreet.com, Amazon, eBay)
We reserve the right to refuse an order at anytime.
Colour variations:
We try hard to accurately represent the colours of our products in our images. However dueto the handmade nature of our products and some production processes (especially Letterpress)please be aware that there may be some slight colour variations.
Please don't hesitate to contact us by email BEFORE placing your order if you have any queries or requests regarding colour matches.
