As a member of this exclusive rewards club, you will earn Rosendal Rewards with every qualifying purchase of premium wines and spend your cash-back four times per year. You will also be notified of member only promotions, tastings and other great benefits. JOINING THE PROGRAMME Opt-in is automatic. You are also encouraged to join the Rosendal Tasting Room membership for increased Rosendal Rewards benefits. Both programmes have no joining fee and adds great benefit to your Rosendal wine experience. Rosendal clients can choose to opt-out of these programmes at any time. EARN POINTS Enjoy Rosendal wines on a regular basis and earn 5%, 7.5% or 10% for every R1.00 spent on every invoice of more than R1000.00. Rosendal Rewards points are treated like cash and will be a valid source of payment. BENEFITS Benefits of the programme are based on the following exciting tiers: GOLD Earn 5% Rosendal Rewards points with every qualifying purchase for cash-back benefit every quarter.

PLATINUM Enjoy 36 bottles of Rosendal wines within a 6 month period and you will earn 7.5% Rosendal Rewards points for cash-back benefit every quarter. Tasting Room members automatically qualify for this tier without the purchase history. Tasting Room members also enjoy free delivery on their purchases.

DIAMOND Enjoy 72 bottles of fantastic Rosendal wines within a 6 month period and you will earn 10% Rosendal Rewards points for cash-back benefit every quarter. Other member only benefits will be communicated on an ongoing basis. CASHBACK Earn points in a 3 month qualification period and your points will be converted to cash-back value which is loaded directly onto your Rosendal account profile. There are four periods each year:

➔ Earn October to December. Spend: January ➔ Earn January to March. Spend April ➔ Earn April to June. Spend July. ➔ Earn July to September. Spend October.

SPEND POINTS Your rewards are conveniently loaded onto your profile and points will be released at the end of every qualification period. You will then be notified by SMS and email of your available Rosendal Rewards value. You can easily use your rewards as a top-up payment with your next purchase of Rosendal wines. POINTS EXPIRY Points will be accumulated and released onto your profile at the end of every earning period. It will then be available for spend thereafter. Points not redeemed in a 36 month period will be expired.

DETAILED TERMS OF USE

❖ Use of this programme is subject to our terms and conditions and members agree to the terms set out below. ❖ Only the account holder can earn points on each qualifying invoice. ❖ Your total available set of Rosendal Rewards points will be used per invoice. No part usage of points will be allowed. ❖ Points and/or vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. ❖ Rosendal Rewards membership and points balances are not transferable. ❖ Points and benefits apply when placing orders via the your dedicated wine merchant or online store

(www.rosendalwines.com). ❖ Points can only be redeemed via your Rosendal wine merchant. ❖ Points will be used in as part or full payment of an invoice - depending on the amount of points available. Any points

remaining after a purchase will be carried over within the rules of this programme. ❖ Points are accumulated between qualification periods and may be redeemed during advertised spend periods. If not

redeemed, points will expire annually on 01 October, provided that three years have lapsed from the date on which the points were accumulated.

❖ Qualification periods: ➢ October to December. ➢ January to March. ➢ April to June. ➢ July to September.

❖ Redemption periods: Points will be released in batches in the months set out below. Points not used during a set redemption period will be carried over to the following redemption period.

not be effected without appropriate justification. ❖ Any dispute in relation to any aspect of the programme will be determined by any director of Rosendal Wines or his

nominee, whose decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. ❖ Rosendal Wines reserves the right to change the benefits or terms and conditions at any time, with reasonable notification

which will be recorded on our website and such notice period will apply from date of such publication. ❖ Rosendal Wines reserves the right to terminate this rewards programme at any time, with reasonable notification which will

be recorded on our website and such notice period will apply from date of such publication. ❖ The programme is subject to any peremptory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (as amended) (including
