The Sky Trail® Discovery was invented in 2009. This is our entry level course, which can be

configured in numerous layouts to fit your floor plan. The poles form an equilateral triangle

and we currently have courses designed from 3 poles to 10 poles. Elements are installed

between each pole and you have a choice of 1 or 2 entrance/exits. The course is just under

20’ tall, which means the course will fit in buildings with 20’ ceiling heights. Additional poles

and elements can be purchased at any time. The course can be placed indoors or outdoors.

Installation instructions/drawings are provided and a final inspection is performed by a Ropes

Courses, Inc. representative.

The Sky Trail® Navigator is the newest addition to our Sky Trail® family. Similar to our Sky Trail® Discovery,

this course is perfect for those looking to take a step above our entry-level product. Based on our equilateral triangle

pole system, this course maximizes limited spaced areas and can be placed in either indoor or outdoor facilities. The course includes 1

entrance/exit and has elements positioned between each pole. This particular course can come in single or double levels. The course height for a

single level is 20’, while a double level is 32’. Additional poles, entrance/exits, and elements can be purchased at anytime. For customers looking for

a themed course, the Sky Trail® Navigator has Tropical, Sun Shades, and Pirate design options available.

The Sky Trail® Explorer is our original Sky Trail® course. This course is for sites with a significant amount of traffic that want to go to multiple levels.

The course can be placed indoors or outdoors. The poles form a square; we currently have courses that are designed from 4 poles to 8 poles and from

one to four levels. Elements are installed between each pole and you have a choice of 1 or 2 entrance/exits per level. The course height is 20’ for a

single, 32’ for a double level, 44’ for a triple level and 56’ for a quad level course . For customers looking for a themed course, the Sky Trail® Explorer

offers Tropical, Pirate, African Safari and Western Frontier.

The Sky Trail® Voyager was developed to achieve maximum throughput while maintaining versatile placement options. This course is based off of 2 pole

platforms arranged in a linear design, which allows for elements to be placed side-by-side. There are numerous layout options to fit your desired floor

plans and area. The course has 1 entrance/exit per linear line and between 2-4 linear paths per level. This particular course can have up to 4 levels. The

height for a single level is 20’, 32’ for a double level, 44’ for a triple level, and 56’ for a quad level. Additional poles and elements can be purchased at any

time. TheSky Trail® Voyager can also be customized with one of four available options. Tropical, Pirate, African Safari & Western Frontier.

Finally, a ropes course for little ones has arrived! The Sky Tykes course is manufactured specifically for children ranging in age from 2-7 years old. Just

like our larger Sky Trail® courses, harnessed participants will hook into the patented safety system and begin their adventure. A unique feature of Sky

Tykes is the walk through element area. This special feature allows for a helper, usually a parent, to accompany their child while they are navigating

around the course. Parents walk along side their child and are able to assist with any help they may need. The elements and safety track are specifically

designed for smaller children who may not want to try one of our larger courses. This course is a perfect starting point for beginners or small children.

4746 CTS Zip Line


The CTS Zip Line is an engineered canopy tour. Built off of tower structures, the CTS Zip Line can be expanded to multiple towers to create any

size canopy tour without using trees or wood poles. We include our patented technology so that once participants are climbing up the tower

to the launch platform they are never unhooked from the system. Operators are present at every launch and landing platform to facilitate the

proper traffic flow. The tower heights can range from 30’ to 60’ and the distance between towers ranges from 150’ to 500’ depending on site

requirements. Generally the entry tower has a footprint of 12’ x 8’ and the receiving tower has a footprint of 8’ x 8’. The tower structures can be

placed outdoors, or indoors if there are adequate ceiling heights.

A custom tour through the sky.It’s time to soar through the clouds. Built off of tower structures,

the CTS Zip Line can be expanded to multiple towers to create

any size canopy tour desired without using trees or wood poles.

The CTS Zip line is completely safe using patented technology,

About the experienceThe CTS Zip Line is a very family friendly ride. With a two tower set-up, the participant walks up a staircase to the launching platform. The operator

gives the participant safety instructions and communicates with the landing operator that the participant is on their way to the landing platform. Once

on the other side, the participant moves to the launch platform on that tower. Once again the operator communicates with the opposite tower that a

participant is about to zip. Once the participant makes their way back to the starting tower and are safely on the landing platform, they proceed down

the enclosed staircase back to the entrance of the course.

are made, and is included in the price of the course. There are three trainings. Operator Training, which once

completed and certified, allows the participant to operate the course. Operator Trainer training, once completed

and certified allows the participant to train operators at their facility. Long-term employees, managers, and

owners generally attend this course. This course is provided after the operator has 160 hours of operational

experience on the SkyTrail®. Finally, maintenance and inspection training, allows the certified participant to do

all the general maintenance and yearly inspections. Operator trainers or maintenance personnel generally attend

this training. Each one of the training courses is one day in length. Trainings are offered at regular intervals

during the year. The initial training is included in the course price. All travel and travel expenses are the sole

responsibility of the participants. There is a nominal fee to record the trainees, trained by your staff.

Installation& InspectionRCI offers several levels of service for the

installation of your course based upon your

unique needs from turnkey to supervising,

or only the final inspection. Please let us

know what level of assistance you need and

we can walk you through the entire process.

A final inspection is always

included in the price of your

course.

An RCI trained inspector will

inspect and certify your course to

the manufacturer’s specifications

prior to your opening.

SafetyRopes Courses, Inc. has many proprietary systems in

place that address safety within the product design.

Our adventure courses have been service proven with

millions of cycles. We have an excellent safety record.

All of our courses are fully engineered and can be

built to meet amusement standards for your area. The

participant safety system consists of a seat & chest

harness with a lanyard attached. The proprietary

lanyard slides into the continuous belay tracking

system. This lanyard is setup so that if a participant

slips from an activity, they only fall a few inches

and therefore can self-rescue and step back on the

element and continue to move through the course. All

participants are hooked into a proprietary safety system

before they leave the ground. They cannot unhook

themselves from the system until they are back on the

ground.

TrainingRopes Courses, Inc. offers technical training.

During the training your staff will be trained

by a Ropes Courses, Inc. Instructor trainer to

learn how to operate the course and learn

how to train your staff to operate the course.

All initial training for the course is available

at our manufacturing facility in Allegan MI,

unless other accommodations for training
