A simplistic way to create advanced outdoor lighting designs. The Rondo family is offered in three mounting types: wall, ceiling and recessed. The style is sleek and compact, for a coherent expression throughout the whole project.

The optics are based on the same lens and reflector technology as Fagerhults interior Pleiad G4 downlights, ensuring a glare-free environment with aesthetic luminance.

The Rondo G3 is equipped with an active central lens that provides efficient and precise control of the light, which gradually fades out against the reflector. 90%of the light distribution is concentrated on the lens, with soft luminance transitions. This technique provides an energy-efficient, functional and comfortable light that makes it easy for people to orient themselves.

Width of light distributions

The right light distribution is a prerequisite for planning dynamic lighting and this is why Rondo G3 has numerous beam options.

You can choose between various combinations of narrow, medium, wide and asymmetric distributions, direct and indirect light, with various luminous fluxes, making it easy to create different experiences and effects. The lighting is carefully balanced with the aim of distributing the light to the right location.

The recessed ceiling luminaire is easy to install using a screw relief. The luminaire housing is clicked into the ceiling and the combined lens and reflector package is fitted using a simple grip after connecting the wires. The surface-mounted luminaire can be fitted with a recessed or surface-mounted cable and the luminaire housing is fitted quickly using a bayonet fitting.

The wall luminaire is installed using a bracket on the wall, from below or from behind, using a quick coupling into the luminaire. The driver is fitted to the wall bracket and the luminaire housing is fixed to the bracket using a smooth screw mechanism for a neat and secure connection.

Reduced installation timeThe installation of facade and outdoor lighting is often time-consuming. Rondo G3 is a further development of Fagerhult’s successful installation concept for downlights, adapted for outdoor lighting. The result is half the installation time and minimised risk of installation errors.

Rondo G3 compensates for the light depreciation and has the same brightness after 100,000 hours that it had when it was newly installed. This means you never need to overplan the installation and can reduce the initial light level.

A high protection class and corrosion class makes Rondo G3 a long-term choice, avoiding having to replace luminaires prematurely.

Designed for optimal material consumption and weight, Rondo G3 contributes to reduced environmental impact throughout the luminaire lifecycle.

The best lighting is one that does not need replacingRondo G3 is equipped with Constant Light Output (CLO). This means that the luminaire has been pre-programmed for a constant luminous flux throughout its service life, compensating for the light depreciation.
