Bid & Evaluation – Getting it Right!- Bidders must be screened/approved before bidding- Standardized vetting format which should include site visit by company rep- Approved bidders will be evaluated at least 30% on Safety (not just record)

- Discuss and review agreed Contractor HSE Plan- Structured after Company policies & procedures- Includes both Contractor self audits and monitoring by company- Includes Joint Company/Contractor HSE Committee- Scheduled Safety Schemes/promotions- Accident Investigation & reporting that matches company requirements- Critical Safety Programs which must be matched i.e., Working at Heights, PTW, Confined Space.- Incentive program- Behavioural Based Auditing that matches Company program- Discipline Policy- Sub-Contractor safety
