Romero plays a "Richard Prenkert" guitar on all tracks, except 1 & 5 where

he plays a "Casa Gonzales" guitar. Romero uses La Bella strings

For a long time I wanted to record a CD in this fashion. I wanted to sound the same on the CD as if I were live on

a stage in front of an audience. So, I went to the studio of my friend, David Darlington, who made me feel comfortable enough to just

play the music that came to my mind. I wanted to be as spontaneous as possible, and bring out the very essence of my music,

which is also the essence of my life in Brazil and in New York. I opted not to edit out some of the "imperfections"

that can occur in that environment in order to get the most of the energy that comes from a live performance.

I even sang a song...I'm happy with the results, and I really hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it.
